ICG provides a quarterly itemized accounting statement which offers our clients an accurate tracking of all royalties collected. Our Audit Department takes an aggressive approach in tracking unpaid licenses, unlicensed uses, and regular desk top audits to monitor rates and incorrect payments being paid by licensees. Our experienced Licensing Department negotiates the best possible rates for all license types, including mechanical, digital, synchronization, MIDI, print, internet and other new media licensing. Individualized attention is given to each publisher with predefined parameters in license negotiations for their intellectual property catalog including licenses negotiated in film and television.

Our proprietary “Perfect World” program is unique to the music industry. It is the only system we are aware of in the world which connects each royalty line item received with the original license stored on the system, allowing us immediate access to tracking and auditing information. The program is continually expanded and improved to accommodate the growth and dynamics of the industry, and to cater to the individual needs of our clients. Perfect World truly puts ICG a step ahead of the rest of the industry.

ICG offers to our publisher clients the services to pay their writers directly, or recoup advances paid by the publisher, and generate reports showing the royalty flow. ICG’s royalty statements, sent to both publishers and writers, provide detailed information on each song receiving royalties, along with all specific information given to us by the users, including the type of use, units, artists, projects, catalog numbers, types of sale, etc. ICG will also send 1099’s for royalties paid to all eligible writers, publishers and participants.

ICG will soon have the capability to look up and license any ICG songs for “custom” or one time, non-commercial licenses, using credit cards, through our site. We will also be introducing a 24/7 secure client portal to access various client information, such as license reports, song reports, and royalty statements. This service will be available within the next few months.
